  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shopslex currently ships to customers within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs inspections (if applicable), carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Shopslex is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States generally are not subject to customs duties. If any additional taxes or fees are imposed by local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer.
